This includes factors like manageable working hours, brief travel times, pleasant climate, supportive communities, and opportunities for building robust social relationships.

The research additionally revealed that cities with a significant portion of inhabitants earning yearly incomes of $75,000 or more tend to exhibit higher levels of contentment among their populations.

Yet, according to Chip Lupo, a WalletHub analyst, research indicates that increasing wealth boosts happiness only up to an annual income of $75,000; beyond this amount, additional earnings probably won’t make much difference.

'Consequently, when choosing where to reside to enhance your overall well-being, you should select a city that provides more than merely a reasonable median salary,' he mentioned.
